Title: Gravitational waveforms from Amplitudes
Abstract: I will start by reviewing the KMOC formalism for computing the waveform from scattering amplitudes and the one-year-old computation of the one-loop five-point function. Then, the focus of the talk will be two-fold.
In the small velocity expansion, analytic results can be computed using the Multipolar-post-Minkowskian (MPM) approach. Do amplitude results agree with MPM?
The computation of the analytic waveform notoriously has several subtleties (such as spurious poles and the Fourier transform to impact parameter space). I will propose some new techniques to deal with these difficulties.
