Title: Inelastic yet Integrable Deformations of AdS/CFT

Abstract: In this talk I will argue for general lessons of integrable deformations of AdS/CFT which are induced by ladder operators, featuring inelastic scattering yet solvable spectra through the Algebraic Curve and Baxter framework.
