SUMMARY:Ricardo Monteiro(CERN) - The classical double copy between gauge th
 eory and gravity.
DESCRIPTION:\nThe talk will focus on the “double copy” relation between
  gauge theory and gravity. I will start by reviewing the double copy at th
 e level of scattering amplitudes\, where it has played a major role in the
  study of perturbative (super)gravity. Then\, I will describe how this rel
 ation\, which arises in perturbation theory\, extends in some cases to an 
 exact map between well-known classical solutions. In the simplest instance
 \, it gives the Schwarzschild black hole as a double copy of the Coulomb p
 otential. I will first discuss several stationary solutions of interest\, 
 and will then give a simple example of a time-dependent solution with Brem
 sstrahlung-type radiation.\n\n&nbsp\;
