DESCRIPTION:M. Paulos\, ENS\n\nTitle: "A more functional bootstrap"\n\nThe 
 conformal bootstrap aims to systematically constrain CFTs based on\ncrossi
 ng symmetry and unitarity.\nIn this talk I will introduce a new approach t
 o extract information from\nthe crossing symmetry sum rules\, based on the
  construction of linear\nfunctionals with certain positivity properties. 
 I show these functionals allow us to\nderive optimal bounds on CFT data. F
 urthemore I will argue that special\nextremal solutions to crossing form a
  basis for the crossing equation\, with\nthe functionals living in the dua
 l space.
