Title: Love Numbers and Black Holes

Abstract:In this talk, I will review the gravitational tidal Love numbers and focus on these quatities for extremal (zero temperature) Kerr black holes. Using the Leaver-MST formalism, we derive simple analytic expressions for these finite coefficients, highlighting the dissipative nature of maximally spinning black holes at low frequencies.
