Title: From soft to high-energy logarithms in classical gravitational scattering

Abstract: Since the discovery of gravitational waves from coalescing black holes, it has become crucial to better understand gravitational two-body dynamics and associated gravitational radiation. In this talk I will show how, in the post-Minkowskian (PM) regime, scattering amplitudes offer a convenient way of organising gravitational-wave observables in terms of gauge-invariant data. Further, I will combine this with two complementary approaches given by the classical soft theorems, which dictate the low-frequency behaviour of the radiative dynamics and by the Regge theory governing the high-energy regime. In particular, I will discuss recent progress in the calculation of the soft scattering waveform and the associated spectrum of emitted energy and that of the high-energy logarithms appearing in the 5PM amplitude.
