 ears have seen significant progress in computing scattering observables fo
 r spinning black holes at high Post-Minkowskian orders\, using both amplit
 ude-based and worldline-based approaches. In this talk\, we build on these
  developments to explore the integrability properties of Kerr black hole s
 cattering\, both in the probe limit and beyond. We begin by reviewing the 
 radial action and the recently introduced Dirac bracket formalism\, which 
 together allow us to define a notion of asymptotic integrability. Using th
 ese tools\, we show that this integrability persists to higher orders in s
 pin than previously established. Finally\, we present a new perspective on
  spin-shift symmetry—a striking and still not fully understood property 
 of spinning amplitudes—and demonstrate how\, when combined with integrab
 ility constraints\, it enables a powerful bootstrap of the radial action.
