Title:The complete trans-series solution for the capacitor problem

Abstract:In this blackboard talk I will present some recent work on the Maxwell-Kirchhoff disk capacitor problem of electrostatics. The capacitance can be described exactly by Love’s integral equation and its solution can be expressed as a trans-series in terms of a perturbative basis. Moreover, the Lieb-Liniger model is mathematically related to this problem. If time permits, I will also discuss the complete trans-series solution for the conserved charges in this model.
