Strings and (Non)-Geometry

In this talk I discuss the relation between strings and geometry. Due to stringy symmetries, stringy geometry goes beyond standard Riemannian geometry. We show that the corresponding non-geometric backgrounds can be described by non-commutative or even non-associative geometries.
