This talk examines N=2 superconformal quiver theories with gauge group SU(N)^L and matter in the bifundamental representation. We apply the localization technique to compute the partition function and circular supersymmetric Wilson loops on S^4. We further use the tt* equations for manifolds of superconformal theories to compute correlation functions of chiral primaries in flat space-time.
