In this talk I present evidence that tree-level amplitudes of (super-)QCD with massive flavored quarks exhibit a duality between the color and kinematic structures. As an intermediate step a new color decomposition is obtained for n-point tree amplitudes in a reduced basis of primitive amplitudes, which is the generalization of the decomposition of Del Duca, Dixon, and Maltoni to an arbitrary number of quarks. The new tree-level amplitude relations that follow from the color-kinematics duality are a generalization of the BCJ relations for gluon amplitudes. These relations give a basis of (n-3)!(2k-2)/k! primitive amplitudes, for k>1 quark lines. I will briefly discuss how these properties can be made useful in loop calculations.
